Florian Rhiem is a software developer at the Scientific IT-Systems team for Peter Grünberg Institute and Jülich Centre for Neutron Science at Forschungszentrum Jülich. He is the lead developer for SampleDB, a metadata catalog and electronic lab notebook software. Before working in the field of research data management his focus was mostly on the visualization of measurement and simulation data, writing bespoke visualization solutions and as a core developer of GR framework.
