As Digital Collections Librarian at Texas State University, Laura Waugh manages the [TXST Digital Collections Repository](https://digital.library.txstate.edu/) and [TXST Dataverse Repository](https://dataverse.tdl.org/dataverse/txstate). Her scholarship includes an edited book chapter, three peer-reviewed articles, and 22 refereed presentations. Professional service includes active participation and leadership on a number of state and regional committees and groups, peer-review of two journals and several conferences, and an editorial board membership for The Electronic Library Journal. She holds a Master’s in Library and Information Science (2011), a Certification in Digital Content Management (2011), and a Bachelor’s in General Studies with concentrations in Business Marketing and Visual Arts (2006).
